The Courtyard’s room rate provides for basic support services, including:

• Open, comfortable, barrier free rooms with ½ bath in every room
• Individual room thermostats and ceiling fans in every room
• All utilities except cable TV and private telephone
• Free in-house antenna for local TV stations
• Free telephone use in the living room
• Free WiFi available to every room
• Free use of resident computer with internet access
• Three delicious home cooked meals per day
• Nutritious snacks, coffee and juice available anytime and snacks are served 3 times daily
• Weekly housekeeping with bathrooms cleaned daily or more often as needed.
• Linens are changed and washed weekly.
• Weekly individualized, personal laundry service to accommodate gentle or warm water loads and/or special soaps .
• Monthly assessment by our Registered Nurse.
• Weekly Wellness Clinic includes blood pressure and weight monitoring.
• Oxygen monitoring by our QMAPs
• Unique activities program with dedicated Activities Coordinator.
• Monthly newsletter featuring residents’ news, upcoming menus and activities.
• Emergency call buttons, smoke detectors, fire sprinklers and backup generator on site
• Resident keys for room and exterior facility doors for after-hour access
• Free e-mail service. Copy machine and FAX services free for up to five pages

Basic Room Rate also includes generous time allowance for one-on-one personal care:

• Personal care assistance includes bathing, dressing, make-up and hair assistance
• Room meal trays during periods of temporary illness

Additional one-on-one personal care support provided via fee-based services:

• Medication administration provided by Qualified Medication Administration Person (QMAP) with oversight by RNs.
• Unlimited personal care is available through Courtyard’s aides at an additional hourly fee, but only when residents require additional personal care time
